Replacing the tinted, broken venturi.

Pattern Material		We used plywood to make a pattern for cutting the 1/2" acrylic that would become the new venturi.
The plywood was positioned and the design scrutinized. Once I was happy with the location and design, the acrylic could be cut.	Designing Troft
Clear Corners		The 1/2" acrylic was installed with screws and 3M acrylic tape. The 1/2" acrylic is self supporting and does not require additional bracing.

Tracking		The track is installed on the venturi with 3M tape and 6/32 screws tapped into the 1/2" acrylic.
