Initial V.I.P. Stateroom Valance and upholstry in VIP Stateroom. Again, no colors are in this room. Valance and upholstry project. V.I.P. Stateroom 2 Blue Marlin and Dolphin Mark Ray Marine Art. We want to have this on the VIP comforter. Mark is going places and one of the places we want him is on our boat. We fabricated the valance with our fabric but added a different flavor by "gathering". We feel this gives it a different attitude. Gathered Fabric Coming Together Now that the valance has been completed we will work on the covered panels below the cabinets. They will be covered in the blue Ultra-leather used in the salon upholstery. This will tie the colors together and pull blues out of the up-coming "Mark Ray" comforter. Strangely, it does not look much different with the camel colored bolsters down. We also took this opportunity to remove the beige carpet from the walls. Bolsters Down Installed Bolster I installed a light green carpet (Stacey hates it!) on the walls and upholstered the bolsters in the blue ultra leather. This room is finally coming together and becoming the stateroom it should be to warmly welcome our guests. Welcome VIP
